The fabric is a medium-thick knitted fabric that combines stiffness and comfort. The mercerized cotton fibers have a smooth cross-section. Mercerization can enhance the uniformity of dye adsorption, making the base color of pink fabric more full and even. The collar is made of 32-count ribbed fabric, and the proportion of 95 cotton with 5 alons endows it with excellent bidirectional elasticity. The woven structure makes the ribbing tight and dense. The spandex component ensures that it can still closely fit the neck after repeated wearing and taking off, and is not easy to loosen or deform.
The base color area of the shield-shaped emblem is printed with a combination of flash powder printing and positioning needle embroidery.
